 Toggle features
Five point slant toggle mechanism structure with high harden steel material to ensure toggle mechanism stronger and extend toggle life.

 Mold Clamping with breaking system and mold adjustment gear type system.
After auto mold adjustment is complete, the clutch of breaking system is interlock for the mold adjustment system to prevent mold clamping force unstability and make sure product diamension make lasting.

 Tie Bar
Tie Bar uses pre-tensioned design to promote durability and increase stronger and decrese tie bar broken.

 Screw Charging Stand
Injection unit uses double cylinder injection design to ensure stably and stronger injection pressure.

 Nozzle Stand
Nozzle Stand uses "T" shape sloted design to ensure high rigidy and stable. No need to move the nozzle stand in order to change barrel.
