Double Circuit Loop Type

Computer: Compatible with D type computer. Machine Type: Compatible with Standard injection molding machine and P.E.T injection molding machine.   The characteristics of double circuit loop system is that the mold-open action is available at the same time when screw charging is in action, which shorten the molding cycle time. Therefore, double circuit loop system is better used to produce faster cooling thin wall products such as bottle cap, disposable bowl & spoon, and P.E.T bottle. Double circuit loop system reduces a large amount of cycling time, which improves the production efficiency.
