High Speed Model:
There is not much difference between high speed type and proportional pressure and speed control type. Just increase the power unit for electric motor and pump to achieve higher injection speed based on customer's requirement. High speed also makes higher quality for thin wall products.
 

Generally, standard injection molding machine uses this proportional pressure and speed hydraulic system to control each machine action based on its pressure and speed setting. This system is the simplest type to repair and maintenance with few defectives.

The proportional pressure and speed hydraulic system uses SUMITOMO gear pump to ensure low noise level, high reliability and long service life.
